Indie Expo

The Indie Expo is going to be bigger and with unique atmosphere this year.

Why should I attend?
You don’t want to miss out on this unique opportunity to present your project, get a valuable feedback from professionals and find new contacts, partners, investors or publishers.
Am I ready for it?
If you will have a playable version of your game ready before the end of April and you are confident with presenting it, the Expo is for you. Your game can be developed for any platform.
What do I need to do for it?
You need to fill in a straightforward registration form and wait maximum of 48 hours for approval. In order to validate your attendance, you need to buy a second ticket. You can chose from couple of packages that we’ve prepared to make the whole trip easier for you.
What do I get?
Whether you chose a package or not, you will get one free standard ticket and a free space for your presentation.

Game Access Awards

All the participants will be able to compete for prestige Awards in several categories.

The schedule is still evolving. We will be announcing it bit by bit in our News and on our Facebook and Twitter. You will find the final version by the end of March on the Game Access website.

The Sono Centrum is only a few minutes away from the city centre. The address is:

  • If you come by car, you will be able to park right by the hotel.
  • If you chose public transport, there is a station called Tábor about 100m away from the Sono Centrum. You can get there by buses number 80 and 88 or by tramways number 3 and 11.
  • If you are coming from far, you can take advantage of direct flights into the Brno Airport from London Luton, London Stansted, Eindhoven and Munich. If you do not have the option to take a direct flight, you will most likely want to fly to Prague and then take a train or a bus to Brno. Another good choice is to land in Vienna or Bratislava. You can get to the Conference the fastest from Bratislava. All the cities are connected with wide selection of buses and trains.

You will be able to pick up your badge either at the VIP party if you have bought the Premium pass, or in the Sono Centrum when you arrive to the Conference. You can do it at any time, there are no specific registration hours. Badges will not be mailed and cannot be picked up earlier.

Full badge means that it will be personalised with all your credentials - your full name, the name of your company and your position in that company. If you get the Indie Pass, you will only have your name on the badge.

They are, however if you find yourself unable to come, you can always resell your ticket and change the credentials including the email. Please contact us at info@game-access.com if you wish to do so.

Pitch & Match is a system through which you can contact and set up meetings with other attendees of the Conference. Seamlessly.

Coffee breaks are there for you to relax and mingle. To make it more enjoyable for you, there will not only be coffee available, but also soft drinks, fruits and other snacks including sandwiches.

Very! The venues will be amazing by themselves, but they will be only a background for your pure joy. You can look forward to beautiful hostesses, free drinks and snacks, live music, shishas and much more! The VIP party will be thematic and you will be able to feel like you’re there. Where?
